01 California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information. OppLoans is committed to upholding these rights through clear processes and secure data handling.

02 Shine the Light Law
California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

03 Financial Information Privacy Act
In addition to general privacy laws, we comply with the California Financial Information Privacy Act (CalFIPA). We will not share your non-public personal information with non-affiliated third parties unless we provide you with an opportunity to opt-out, or as otherwise permitted by law.
04 Do Not Track Signals
Some web browsers may transmit "do-not-track" signals to websites with which the browser communicates. Our website currently does not respond to "do-not-track" signals. However, you can manage your cookie preferences through our dedicated Cookie Settings portal.
